We are seeking a diligent Inventory Clerk to join our growing warehouse operations in Boise, Idaho. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records, ensuring that our stock levels are precise and our warehouse is organized. Your duties will include performing cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, receiving and put-away processes, and utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS). This position is fundamental to efficient logistics and supply chain management, directly impacting our ability to meet customer demands accurately and on time. You should possess strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. We foster a culture of safety and provide all necessary PPE to ensure a secure working environment. While the role primarily involves data management and organization, there will be requirements for physical tasks, including some Lifting and moving of inventory. - Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Accurately record incoming inventory and manage put-away processes.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and status.
- Maintain organized storage locations and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- Identify and report damaged or expired goods.
- Assist with inventory audits and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Ensure adherence to all Safety regulations and the proper use of PPE .
- Support overall warehouse efficiency and Logistics operations.
- Occasionally perform light to moderate Lifting and moving of inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related Logistics field.
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory tracking software.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and analysis.
- Experience with cycle counting and physical inventory procedures.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical capability for standing, walking, and occasional Lifting .
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
