Job Summary:
Become an integral part of our fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in Detroit, Michigan! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic logistics team. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by contributing to the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent order processing and stocking.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
  • Adhere to all quality control standards and procedures.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve efficiency and safety in logistics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
