Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent order processing and stocking.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Adhere to all quality control standards and procedures.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve efficiency and safety in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
