About the Opportunity

Maintain the EFT inbox for current vendors who submit their banking information

Database logging of all banking information (new vendors and current vendor updates)

Liaise with vendors to verify banking information and receipt of test payments

Submit internal requests to update vendor master data records

Review updated vendor master records to ensure accuracy

All other relevant duties as assigned About You

1-2 year of relevant experience in an AP or vendor electronic payments focused role

Post secondary school education is an asset

Experience with Excel, SAP is an asset
