For our client HALEON, a global leader in the health sector, we are looking for a LOGISTICS professional. Through this mission, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical management and flow of packaging items or finished products while respecting GMP, HSE rules, as well as supervising the teams responsible for these activities. Key Responsibilities:- The logistics professional is in charge of receiving items from a third party based on the information provided by them and by the flow agents. They provide the elements and conduct double checks to guarantee traceability.- They trigger the issuing of packaging items and finished products from the outsourced storage and ensure their physical availability on-site for production, packaging, or sorting.- They manage the unloading of various tanks spread across the site, in coordination with the technical services and quality control.- They are also responsible for managing shipments to and exports from the site.- They also act as X and make decisions, perform necessary arbitrations, and prioritize the activities of the flow agents. They are responsible for the proper management of consumables for FMA X production. They define stock levels, place orders, and execute stock entries.- They develop SAP expertise to resolve interface and IDOC issues between our systems and that of our logistics partner.- They ensure the proper maintenance of the equipment in their sector and take necessary actions in case of anomalies, breakdowns, or others.- Daily, they monitor environmental data of the storage areas. In case of anomalies, they ensure compliance with tolerances and inform X quality in case of non-compliance with defined conditions.- They are also responsible for managing reception anomalies, ensuring proper documentation and segregation of goods, and then informing X quality supplier and the purchasers.- Regularly throughout the year, they act as a backup for the FLL, lead X daily meetings in their sector, and participate in daily meetings with the management of the FMA department.Their expertise is regularly called upon in the context of projects.Profile: 5 years of minimum experience including training (Receiving, Storage, handling) in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, or high-tech industry known for high applied standards, accompanied by a first experience in operational activity and/or +2 logistics or equivalent including lean management principles, and systems (like ERP SAP).Job specifics and benefits: A stimulating and varied environment, 3x8 working hours, Mobility policy (coverage of public transport costs), company restaurant, on-site gym. jid566903baen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
