Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a new team member to help us take care of our customers and grow our business. This job is great for someone who loves technology and enjoys talking with people.

What You Will Do:

Your main job will be to help our customers and make sure they are happy with the services we provide. These services include things like managing computer systems for businesses and helping them with their websites, online marketing, and search engines. You will check in with customers often, help renew their contracts, and make sure their projects get done the right way.

You will also help bring in new customers with the help of your manager.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Check in with customers to see how things are going and suggest ways to make things better
• Call or reach out to people who might want to use our services
• Build good relationships with current customers
• Listen to what customers need and help find the right solution for them
• Work with other people on our team to make sure customers are happy
• Put together presentations to show new customers what we offer
• Keep an eye on what other companies are doing so we can stay competitive
• Work to meet sales goals
• Go to community events to meet new people and represent our company
• Complete tasks given by your supervisor

Skills We Are Looking For:

• Good at talking and writing clearly
• Friendly and easy to work with
• Good at convincing people and finding solutions
• Experience in sales or working with customers is a plus
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team
• Motivated and focused on reaching goals
• Knows how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• A college degree in IT, business, or marketing is helpful but not required
