Landscaping Manager

Job Description

A Landscape Manager oversees the design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of outdoor spaces for commercial, residential, or public properties. This role is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors but has outgrown the "crew member" phase and wants to flex their strategic muscles. It requires a thick skin for handling client demands and a genuine passion for environmental aesthetics. Conduct regular site walks to ensure properties meet company and client standards. You have the "eye" for spotting pests, irrigation leaks, or nutrient deficiencies before they become disasters, will also be required to manage multiple landscape crews, coordinate project scheduling, ordering materials and following up once projects are complete. They are responsible for leading teams, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with clients to meet aesthetic and functional goals. Knowledge in all areas related to landscaping is preferred, i.e. retaining wall construction, water features, plant selection and care, drainage, turf care, fertilization, tree care, etc. We install sprinkler systems and landscape lighting so basic knowledge of these (or willingness to learn) would be a definite plus.

Our office is centrally located in Shrewsbury. Minimum of 3 years Landscape experience and/or minimum of Associates Degree in Landscape/Business Management.

A good driving record are required.

Pay is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
