Coordinate end-to-end proposal development, including pricing, generation, quality control, and timely delivery Support onboarding of new business by accurately completing documentation and ensuring smooth handoff to internal teams Partner with sales, consultants, and communications teams to coordinate marketing and travel-related outreach campaigns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required 1-5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related analytical role Experience in financial services, retirement plans, or investment environments preferred CRM, Salesforce, and Excel experience are a plus
