Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment, including user management and policy enforcement Manage and configure Azure AD / Entra ID with a focus on identity and access management Maintain endpoint protection and utilize RMM tools for remote support and system monitoring
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar IT support role Strong administrative experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID Working knowledge of endpoint protection, RMM platforms, and virtualization Familiarity with tools such as ConnectWise, Rubrik, Tenable, ValiMail, and KnowBe4 is preferred
