Service existing and new accounts, including on-site analysis, troubleshooting, and installation of systems Establish business plans with goals for sales and profits, and provide timely service reports to customers Monitor product and service quality, resolve customer concerns, and maintain sales information systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in paper specialty chemical sales, paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering, or equivalent field experience 5-10 years of experience in the paper industry Ability to develop Key Account or Project Plans and execute them effectively Familiarity with data analysis and reporting Preferred experience in paper making operations and related applications
