Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) dashboards, datasets, lenses, and data recipes Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business functions Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) including dashboards, datasets, and dataflows Strong proficiency with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling Experience with SAQL and JSON configuration (preferred) Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
