Partner with Sales to support new business pursuits, expansions, and renewals Lead solution design for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals Define the end-to-end RCM service model, including scope of services and workflows
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience working in an RCM services provider Experience with onshore/offshore/technology resource components Familiarity with hospital, health system, or RCM operations Exposure to value-based or outcome-based pricing models Experience with front, middle, and back office solutions
