Lead the end-to-end analytics program across product, marketing, and rewards, setting the measurement strategy and operating model Build and maintain source-of-truth dashboards and core metrics in partnership with Data Engineering Run robust experimentation at scale and develop predictive models to guide roadmap and budget decisions
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in a quantitative field; MS is a plus 3+ years in product, growth, or marketing analytics with 1+ years in a lead role Advanced SQL and Python skills; experience with scalable dashboards in BigQuery and Looker Expertise in experimentation design and strong analytics and modeling skills Product and marketing analytics experience, including funnels, retention, and attribution
