Design and improve workflows for data creation and evaluation for AI/ML training, including human annotation and synthetic methods Analyze existing workflows to gather insights, recommend improvements, and collaborate with customers Quantitatively analyze large datasets and provide recommendations to enhance accuracy and performance
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in data creation, curation, and analysis for GenAI applications MA in (computational) linguistics, data science, computer science, or a related field; PhD preferred Extensive experience with human language data and designing evaluation tasks Advanced knowledge of statistics and data analysis methods Experience with Natural Language Processing techniques and proficiency in Python
