Visual OfficerThe Municipality of Veyrier is opening a public registration to fill a 50% position within the Welcome and Cultural Development service: VISUAL OFFICER. Under the responsibility of the head of the service, the visual officer contributes to the municipality's communication by designing content (visual and/or digital), ensuring the graphic and editorial unity of the supports in their area of responsibility.Participate in the design and deployment of internal and external communication for the municipality. Conceive and produce impactful visual content tailored to digital and printed supports. Ensure the updating of the municipal website. Contribute to the creation and evolution of the monthly newsletter (writing, layout, sending, and performance monitoring). Ensure graphic and editorial coherence across all communication supports.Qualifications and Experience:- Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent significant professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.- Excellent mastery of graphic design tools and photo editing (Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom).- Good knowledge of newsletter management tools (notably Infomaniak).- Good mastery of content management systems (CMS), especially prior experience in an institutional or public environment is an asset.- Strong writing and editing skills (MS Office Suite).- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Autonomy, attention to detail, precision, and strong communication skills.
