Mission:- Analyze the needs of the business (field teams, support functions, management)- Design and develop full stack web applications oriented towards field usage- Build clear, robust interfaces adapted to the constraints of the site- Develop and integrate backend services to aggregate and enhance data from existing systems- Set up scalable and maintainable architectures- Ensure code quality: testing, closely with business, IT, and product teams- Participate in the continuous improvement of tools and their adoption- Occasionally assist with support, incident analysis, and higher-level development evolution confirmed in full stack developmentRequirements:- Excellent mastery of JavaScript (ES6), HTML, with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue)- Experience with one or more backend environments (Java, .NET, Python, PHP, Ruby)- Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and software architectures- Experience with offline-first, PWA, or mobile business applications is a plus- UX/UI skills and interest in building simple and effective solutions- Autonomy and teamwork spirit- Comfortable working with non-technical profilesWe offer numerous internal benefits.Starting salary conditions: immediate or to be agreed upon.Work location: Bioley-Orjulaz.Your autonomy will be our strength!
