Facility is a SNF and Outpatient Clinic attached CLIENT:  Pacific Coast Post Acute SETTING:  SNF  START DATE:  April GUARANTEE:  38 ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 Weeks - will ask for longer if provider needs training to meet 90% productivity  REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:  Open to New Grads - will ask for lower rate or longer assignment STAFF: EMR:   Nethealth CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:  5 x 8; 
  • Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Schedule
