Receive and respond to escalated service requests, incidents, and change requests in a timely manner Troubleshoot issues across various applications, networking, and peripherals Complete technical administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of troubleshooting and client communication
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years relevant technical experience or 1 year experience in Service Technician I or II Experience managing Windows Service, Microsoft/Office 365, Active Directory, and related technologies CompTIA Network/A+, Microsoft 365, or Azure certifications are highly desired Understanding of security posture and recommendations for hardware and software improvements Ability to participate in an on-call rotation as required
