Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field required Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related discipline preferred 2 to 6 years of professional experience in analytics, research design, or evaluation, preferably within HR or people analytics Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis Experience designing and executing employee listening programs or surveys
