Provide courteous and prompt service to inquiries and requests from clients and guests Coordinate and communicate with clients and hotel teams regarding group bookings and related documentation Assist clients with meeting plans and conduct property tours while ensuring knowledge of hotel amenities and rates
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in the hotel industry, with sales and/or meeting planning experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is advantageous Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a constantly evolving role Exceptional organizational skills Understanding of company programs and policies related to group bookings
