Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience building modern web applications with TypeScript and React Experience in leading large-scale frontend systems, including architecture and performance Proven track record of mentoring engineers into technical leaders Expertise in design systems and reusable component libraries Experience with cloud-native environments and modern deployment practices
