Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 7+ years in leadership roles Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale software projects on time and within budget Deep understanding of cloud services, DevOps practices, and healthcare domain knowledge preferred High technical acumen with the ability to influence technical strategy beyond immediate team scope
