Collaborate with the Engineering Team on feature development, from requirement analysis to release sign-off Partner with Product Managers to prioritize testing efforts and clarify requirements Identify risks and contribute to team strategies and documentation for scalable QA processes
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced product environment Working knowledge of backend and technical tooling, including database querying and API testing Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing product needs and priorities Strong adaptability to new tools and testing techniques Good command of English (B2 minimum) and native Polish
