About
Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance Manage trouble calls via ticketing system, phone, remote, and desk-side visits Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including installation and configuration of systems and applications
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2-4 years of general IT support experience, preferably with trading desk support Experience with incident management/ticketing systems like ServiceNow Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft/Office 365 High school degree required; college degree strongly preferred Must be willing to obtain MS900 certification
