Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business intelligence, statistics/data analytics, or related STEM field Professional certifications in Data Analytics, SQL, or similar tools 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or workforce management Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and data mining skills General understanding of Human Resources systems, preferably Workday
