Streamline the Sales to Implementation handoff for Ensenta platform projects, ensuring contract accuracy Conduct regular CRM data audits to maintain data integrity for Ensenta products Collaborate with Implementation and Billing teams to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical support setting Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential job functions Foundational knowledge in researching, writing reports, and documenting processes Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed
