Design, develop, troubleshoot, and implement Salesforce solutions including Apex classes and Lightning Web Components Manage assigned tickets and queues, resolving issues promptly and proposing proactive solutions Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and deployment guides
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated technical experience in software development, technical analysis, and quality assurance Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components Hands-on experience with integrations and APIs using tools like Postman and JSON Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics capabilities Industry-recognized Salesforce certifications preferred, such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I & II
