Provide technical support for students over an online community forum Host one weekly live virtual session to offer direct, real-time support to students Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team when needed
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of industry experience or a master's degree in the relevant field Strong proficiency in Python or a similar backend language Solid experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and scalable test design Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in real development workflows Experience teaching technical concepts or organizing technical talks or webinars
