Own the residential solar + storage design lifecycle from site survey to construction-ready designs Manage third-party design vendors and ensure design quality and throughput Lead quality audits and evolve design standards in collaboration with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in residential solar and/or battery storage design and engineering Hands-on experience with design and survey tools such as Aurora and CAD-based platforms Strong understanding of NEC and utility requirements Proven experience managing third-party vendors at scale Comfort with metrics and operational data for performance management
