Serve as an expert resource for families exploring senior care options, ensuring an exceptional experience Handle inbound pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families Educate families on customized senior care options and act as a liaison with senior housing communities or care providers
Required Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center Proven history of exceeding sales targets Ability to multitask effectively while communicating with clients Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel Capability to learn and navigate internal CRM systems
