Required Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with up to one year of professional IT experience Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow automation principles and implementation Hands-on familiarity with Jira administration and automation workflows A conceptual understanding of core IT theories and industry best practices A proactive "learner's mindset" with the ability to follow complex procedures
