About
What You’ll Do
Support daily operations of enterprise network environments (LAN/WAN) Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software Provide Tier 2 network support and assist with incident resolution Monitor network performance, system alerts, and environmental conditions Support upgrades, implementations, and integrations of network solutions Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on projects and improvements Participate in on-call rotation for critical network support
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience supporting network infrastructure in an enterprise environment Working knowledge of network fundamentals (switching, routing, DNS, DHCP) Experience troubleshooting network hardware and connectivity issues Familiarity with Cisco or comparable network equipment preferred Strong documentation, communication, and customer service skills Healthcare or highly regulated environment experience is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
