Data Scientist Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid Working 3 days in office in Newcastle upon Tyne) Full-Time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week (My client can not offer sponsorship for this role) My client is looking for a Data Scientist to join its growing Integrity Analytics team in Newcastle. The role focuses on developing software-driven analytical solutions that support complex engineering challenges. Key responsibilities include: Developing and validating predictive machine learning models Designing and implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using Python and SQL Performing exploratory data analysis, visualisation, and interpretation Contributing to generative AI initiatives, including LLM fine-tuning, document content extraction, and text summarisation Presenting technical results and business impact clearly to clients Producing xbpsjku documentation and reporting outputs as required Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Structured training and development opportunities Hybrid working model Exposure to international projects A growing and innovative analytics team
