About
We are seeking a highly organized and deadline-driven Project Manager with an active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification to lead and deliver security integration projects. This role is heavily focused on ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining control of scope, budget, and quality, and serving as a key point of coordination between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at driving projects forward while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning
* Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure on-time completion.
* Identify required resources (labor, materials, equipment, and budget) and ensure proper allocation.
* Proactively identify risks to timelines and develop mitigation plans.
Project Execution
* Execute projects according to approved plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Drive accountability across project teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
* Create, maintain, and manage all project documentation, forms, and records.
* Ensure secure, accurate, and organized file management throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Monitoring & Control
* Closely monitor project progress and performance, making real-time adjustments to keep projects on track.
* Track key milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
* Establish and maintain regular communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and risks.
* Escalate issues as needed to prevent delays or scope creep.
Quality & Performance Management
* Conduct regular quality reviews with project teams to ensure standards, specifications, and client expectations are met.
* Ensure deliverables meet quality requirements while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Measures of Success
* Projects delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Accurate and timely project reporting to management and funders.
* Effective communication with funders and clients in accordance with contractual agreements.
* Proper monitoring and approval of project expenditures and cash flow projections.
* Compliance with accounting policies and accuracy of financial records.
* Successful evaluation of project outcomes against original goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications
* Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – required.
* Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably within security integration or a related technical field.
* Proven ability to manage schedules, milestones, and deadlines across multiple projects.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines.
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
