What You'll Be Doing Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on mobile equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and bulldozers
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete work efficiently
What Are We Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads with assistance
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching in varied terrain and confined spaces
Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment with precision
Visual and auditory ability to detect equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Ability to work extended hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed
