Working in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands-on support. Job responsibilities:

  • Provide first line and second line support and incident management to all users across the geography of responsibility, including white collars, blue collars and road warriors, ensuring efficient service operations.
  • Be a point of escalation in the resolution of more challenging incidents.
  • Ensure that all IT&Data tickets (incidents and requests) relating to hardware, software, networking and remote access issues are resolved in accordance with the KPI deadlines set in the Fresh Service ticket system.
  • Recognize problem management needs and propose sustainable and efficient solutions.
  • Ensure all systems operate in accordance with local legislation.
  • Ensure necessary documentation to support the global & local applications and certificates to run the environment is in place and kept up to date.
  • Collaborate with facilities / engineering teams to ensure the data center / computer room runs in accordance with the Global policies.
  • Support changes in the plant asset footprint (new lines, warehouse changes, R&D Facilities, etc).
  • Provide basic IT&Data training to internal stakeholders to enable daily business use of technology.
  • Adopt and implement global/central applications to support global operational requirements.
  • Monitor backup operations to ensure successful operation and data protection.
  • Monitor server health and troubleshooting and resolving any alarms or warnings.
  • In line with pre-determined budget order and configuration of new hardware to service agreed refresh cycles or replacements.
  • Manage the renewal of local OPEX related maintenance agreements in accordance with global standards.
  • Recommend improvement opportunities' regarding IT&Data processes.
  • Assist ongoing regional projects to support wider IT&Data initiatives.
  • Responsible for ensuring security and data integrity through adherence to group policies and standards.

  • Minimum 5 years in an IT Support Role;
  • Operational knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Windows 10/11, M365, SharePoint and basic networking concepts;
  • Able to deliver presentations towards IT&Data colleagues;
  • Ability to work autonomously and make appropriate decisions when necessary;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • An understanding of data protection and security principles;
  • Desire to learn and progress;
  • Deeper knowledge or certification in any of the following technologies is a plus: Cisco/Meraki switching, SOTI, Power Automate and/or Azure;
  • Certifications and Trainings of client deployed Microsoft tooling and CCNA is a plus;
  • Travel: On site support to other client locations as might be necessary and appropriate;
  • Driving Licence;
  • Language skills: Proficiency in local language and a good level of English.
