This role is central to our ability to serve our customers, involving the efficient and accurate handling of orders from receipt to shipment. Key responsibilities include picking and packing a variety of products, conducting quality control checks, labeling packages, and preparing them for dispatch. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be a critical link in our logistics chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and the correct use of PPE is non-negotiable. - Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using order lists or scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and lift trucks safely and proficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily fulfillment targets.
- Support the logistics department by contributing to efficient and accurate order processing, ensuring positive customer experiences.
Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics environment is highly desirable. Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the critical importance of PPE. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Must be reliable and available for flexible scheduling. This role demands a dedication to safety and performance within our logistics framework.
