Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for transit, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and a commitment to using PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency is helpful.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions.
