Responsibilities:
- Efficiently locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order slips.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to a supervisor.
- Transport picked items to the staging area for processing.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of picking zones.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Utilize RF scanners or other technology for order fulfillment.
- Meet or exceed daily picking targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Ability to interpret order sheets and product locations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Capability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs) repetitively.
- Must wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses and footwear.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory control is a plus.
