Job Summary:
We are hiring an Inventory Clerk for our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking stock movements, performing cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining precise inventory records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Your attention to detail will directly contribute to operational efficiency and prevent costly errors. You will work closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth inventory flow and accurate stock levels. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to procedures are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or excesses.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away processes to ensure proper inventory recording.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure all inventory-related activities comply with Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
  • Generate inventory reports as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Inventory Control Specialist, or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Commitment to Safety and adherence to warehouse procedures.
