Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific instructions.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and checks.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the overall logistics operations.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of Safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Reliable and punctual with a proven work history.
- Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety regulations and wearing appropriate PPE.
