Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate manual and powered equipment for material handling.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures rigorously.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Contribute to the overall logistics process through diligent work.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety principles.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Commitment to following all Safety guidelines and wearing the required PPE.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking are beneficial.
