Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse stock to fulfill customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct items and quantities are selected.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, adhering to quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment responsibly and safely, including pallet jacks.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently.
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory, which may involve frequent Lifting.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records through proper scanning and data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and operational goals.
- Identify and report any Safety concerns or operational inefficiencies to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions precisely.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to Safety and willingness to use required PPE.
