Job Summary:
We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our innovative logistics facility in San Jose, California. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and meticulously packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our supply chain.   • Locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves using order pick lists or scanning technology.
  • Verifying product accuracy against order details.
  • Carefully packing items using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
  • Applying shipping labels and preparing packages for dispatch.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work station.
This position requires standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Adherence to all company safety policies and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential for maintaining a secure work environment. Experience in a pick-and-pack role or warehouse setting is advantageous. You will work collaboratively with a team to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
