*What You’ll Do*
* Act as the primary point of contact for project reporting and coordination.
* Lead weekly project status meetings and daily team stand-ups.
* Oversee systems engineering tasks: requirements management, verification planning, fishbone/root cause analysis, and roadmap development.
* Collaborate across disciplines to ensure the upgrade stays on track and issues are resolved quickly.
*What You Bring*
* 10 + years of *Systems engineering experience* with verification and requirements management.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Prior experience in *aerospace or avionics environments*.
* Familiarity with *Teamcenter, Jira, and Agile/sprint development*.
* B.S. in Engineering or Physics.
*Location:* Denver/Centennial, CO (onsite only)
*Schedule:* 40 hrs/week, 9/80 work week (every other Friday off)
*Pay:* Hourly with overtime eligibility

Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
