We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our busy facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this essential role, you will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our Logistics and distribution processes. Your duties will encompass a range of warehouse activities, including receiving and checking incoming goods, organizing stock, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for shipment. We value individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to upholding high standards of Safety and efficiency. You will be expected to use all designated PPE and adhere strictly to company Safety protocols. The role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, which includes frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
- Retrieve items for orders and pack them securely for shipment.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for outgoing Logistics.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks when needed.
- Strictly follow all company Safety guidelines and use required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform sustained physical work, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced Logistics environment.
- Strong commitment to Safety practices and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
