We are seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing logistics company and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of required PPE is paramount. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to teamwork, and the ability to perform physical tasks including significant Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise for damages or discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and internal procedures.
- Stage outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as required (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Utilize provided PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced Logistics environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
