Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy before packing.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, following all Safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Contribute to the fast-paced logistics operations of the facility.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing orders.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including repeated Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including peak seasons and occasional overtime.
- Commitment to following all Safety guidelines and wearing the appropriate PPE.
