Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory accurately.
  • Sort, stock, and organize merchandise in designated areas of the distribution center.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy, using scanners or pick lists.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and participate in physical inventories.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet daily operational goals and production targets.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those concerning safety and quality control in logistics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall distribution center operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
  • Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and the importance of proper PPE.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics processes.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and hazard-free workplace.
