Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Organize and store inventory efficiently within the warehouse, maintaining proper stock rotation.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation are in place.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe manner.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment, following all established safety guidelines.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Support the overall logistics and supply chain process through diligent work and teamwork.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in operating material handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
