Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against documentation.
- Stock shelves and storage areas, ensuring efficient use of space and product rotation.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Assemble and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and operational deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and quality control.
- Support overall logistics operations by performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics processes.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and hazard-free workplace.
